What Pexi uses.

Account and activity

Supabase handles account sign-in. Pexi stores task requests, status, results, connected device records, and usage needed to show your history and enforce your allowance.

Hosted work

Task instructions and relevant context pass through Pexi, OpenRouter, and the selected model provider. Public page content may be retrieved in a hosted browser. Android note requests use hosted inference when you choose Write and save note. The device-control test sends a fixed planning request and reads its result locally. Android screen assistance sends the image you selected only after you approve that request. Keep passwords, verification codes, payment details, and confidential material out of requests and shared screens.

Files

Pexi stores uploaded text files in private Supabase Storage. If you choose to summarize a file, its text goes to OpenRouter and the selected model provider. You can download or remove your files and summaries from your account. Running a reviewed file tool sends the selected file and code to a temporary Vercel Sandbox with network access disabled. Saved tool code and results remain in your account until removed. AI-assisted tool drafting sends the description without the selected file.

Gmail

If you connect Gmail, Pexi stores your sender address, an encrypted refresh token, and encrypted drafts you choose to review. An approved send passes the reviewed message to Gmail and Pexi stores the provider receipt when available. The optional drafting tool sends your brief to the model provider. You can disconnect Gmail from Connections. Pexi disables sending and asks Google to revoke its permission.

Google Calendar

If you connect Calendar, Pexi stores your Google account identifier and an encrypted refresh token. It can check available time or create a reviewed event when you grant that scope. Pexi stores encrypted event reviews and provider evidence. You can revoke the connection. Events already created remain in your calendar.

Saved browser

Pexi stores your public tab URLs, recent visits and latest captured excerpt under your account so you can resume from another device. Browser sign-in and session cookies stay outside this workspace.

Connected tools

Pexi encrypts the scoped credential you supply, the lookup arguments you review, and the text results it saves. Only the configured provider receives the credential and approved arguments. Disconnect removes the credential from Pexi. Use the provider’s controls to revoke it there.

Billing

When enabled, Polar hosts checkout and the customer portal. Pexi receives subscription and entitlement records so it can apply your plan.

Your controls

You can cancel tasks, remove devices, export account data, and request account deletion from your dashboard. Billing and cost records may be retained where needed for reconciliation or required recordkeeping.
